Mr. Dan Stickelmaier

Mr. Stickelmaier has been a teacher in the Catholic school system since 2008 and at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School since 2012.  He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, and Eastern Illinois University’s graduate school for certification in secondary education.  He currently teaches our middle school social studies classes.

Mr. Stickelmaier and his wife like to spend time with their granddaughter, Ava, and also enjoy traveling.

Mr. Stickelmaier likes the traditions and mission of Catholic schools, and is honored to have the opportunity to teach at such a nice community like ours here at St. Vincent de Paul.

Mr. Stickelmaier chose St. Francis of Assisi as his patron saint because he was said to have been kind to animals and Mr. Stickelmaier’s grandfather was named Francis.

The Stickelmaiers are members of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Bartonville.
