Soccer

To register (1st-8th grade in the Fall), please fill out both forms (PPSA Registration Form and Liability Waiver as well as the SVdP Soccer Registration Form) and include payment. Forms will not be accepted without payment. All forms must be received in the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School office by the due date on the registration form. We try to make all teams even, so please, please try to get signed up on time so we can make that happen. All games will be played on weeknights (except Wednesdays due to CCD) and/or Saturdays at Mossville. The frequency and location of practices will be at the discretion of the individual coaches. The season will begin in August (first games will be played in late August) and will conclude by early October.

FEES:

Registration fee is $35 (does not include a team shirt). Any player that has a shirt from a previous season (all white lettering) can be re-used and will not need to purchase a shirt. Shirts can be purchased for $10 each as indicated on the registration form. Shirts will be distributed at practice to players who have purchased them during registration. Please make all checks payable to SVdP.

Each family will receive an email prior to the start of practices that will include a game schedule, as well as a team listing so that any necessary arrangements can be made for car-pooling, etc. with other players on your child's team. Teammate requests or coach requests will not be accepted. Siblings in the same age/gender group will automatically be placed on the same team.
