St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School offers a Before and After Care Program for students in Pre-K through 8 to assist parents requesting such a service:
BEFORE SCHOOL CARE 6:30am – 8:00am
AFTER SCHOOL CARE 3:00pm – 6:00pm
(PRE-K, K, AND 1) AFTER SCHOOL CARE 3:15pm – 6:00pm
The programs operates on days when school is in session. When early dismissals are scheduled, the program operates from dismissal to 6:00pm
THREE WAYS TO REGISTER:
Complete the registration form in the school enrollment packet
Complete the webform in Family Portal
Download the Care Registration Form, complete and return to school office
6:30 – 8:00am: Homework check/snack or breakfast provided by parents
6:30 – 8:00am: Indoor play for children/organized games, movie, pool table
8:00am: K-8 released to old gym
8:15am: Pre-K taken to their class
Evening Sessions
3:05 – 3:30pm: Children begin to arrive/attendance is taken/snack time provided by the school
3:30 – 4:00pm: Homework /quiet reading or studying
4:00 – 5:00pm: Free play/ outside or in small gym
5:00 – 6:00pm: Organized games, movie, pool table
Fees
There is a $40.00 non-refundable Registration Fee for first child and $10.00 fee for each additional child. Registration fee will be charged in your FACTS account.
Morning and Afternoon Care
For the first child $5.00 per hour/$1.00 extra for each additional child
A LATE FEE OF $10.00 FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES after 6:00pm will be added to your bill.
Other Important Payment Information
Before/After Care fees (including the registration fee) will be charged in your FACTS account.
Fees must be paid by the last Friday of the month.
Any payment that is not received on time will result in suspension of childcare services. If suspension occurs, and payment is not made within 2 weeks, the child will be permanently dropped from the Before/After Care program.
